Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has received Ambassador of Turkmenistan Toyly Komekov in connection with completion of his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, the country’s Foreign Ministry told on Sept. 28.
Toyly Komekov expressed appreciation for the support given to him during his diplomatic activity and stressed that he spared no effort for development of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
