Estonia appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan
Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed decrees Aug. 24 in the country’s Kadriorg subdistrict on the appointment of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Singapore, Postimees news agency reported.
Marin Mottus (residence in Ankara) will become Estonia’s ambassador to Azerbaijan, Kai Kaarelson (residence in Tbilisi) - ambassador to Armenia, and Marten Kokk (residence in Beijing) – ambassador to Vietnam, according to the information.

Riho Kruuv (residence in New Delhi) will become ambassador to Myanmar, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
