Malena Mard, the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan’s government for support in organizing and holding the event.
Ambassadors of a number of EU countries also took part in the opening ceremony of the EuroVillage 2016.
The main guest of the concert program of the EuroVillage 2016 will be David Vendetta, a French dance producer and DJ.
The EuroVillage 2016 was organized within the framework of joint cooperation with the EU member states. Its goal is to promote the EU by introducing people to the Union’s culture and different traditions.
Within framework of the event, European Union`s anthem was performed as a fleashmob by Azerbaijani youth in the center of Baku. AzVision.az presents the video:
