The family of Jalal Rahimov, IDP, the resident of Garagaji village,Tartar will file a lawsuit against Armenia in European Court, Elchin Rahimov, Jalal Rahimov`s son told AzVision.az.
`We will appeal to the European Court over the Armenian invasion. Currently, we are busy with gathering all the necessary documents`, he said.
Note, Jalal Rahimov got serious injuries and his 23 years-old-nephew died as a result of violation of ceasefire by the Armenian Armed Forces. Jalal is being treated at Republican Clinic Hospital in Baku. His condition is medium-heavy. The amputation of J.Rahimov`s legs may be necessary.
