Azerbaijan will change the mechanism for implementing decisions of interstate bodies for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
To this effect, a new draft constitutional law on the possibility of implementation by Azerbaijan of the decision of an interstate body for the protection of human rights and freedoms has been developed.
The draft law was included in the plan of legislative work of the Azerbaijani parliament’s autumn session.
Azerbaijan is a member of the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, the UN and some other international organizations.
