“Regardless of occurrence time, the genocide is the most terrible form of the murder of civilians by torturing”, head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Head of Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov wrote on his facebook page.
“And committing of such a barbarism by Armenians, which have been trying to pretend to be victims of genocide for a century, is their tragedy. Armenian history will always carry this stigma of genocide”, Mammadov said.
