Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, was welcomed by Olaf Scholz, Germany’s Federal Chancellor and Annalena Baerbock, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Then, the event participants posed for a family photo.
The head of state addressed the event.
