On this occasion, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry organized a solemn ceremony at the center, News.Az reports.
The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, Adviser to the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Bakhtiyar Ersay, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Sergey Istrakov, military servicemen and media representatives.
