Former 'defense minister' of so-called NK Republic detained

Samvel Babayan, former "Defense Minister" of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, has been detained, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media.

Hayk Khanumyan, an MP of the illegal Karabakh regime's parliament, has confirmed the news.

It's not yet clear what he is charged with.
