`We are going to make suitable proposals to the government on establishment of harmless conditions for both the state and us. Though we pay the customs duty we are still exposed to bureaucracy and lawlessness`, one of the protesters Armen Nersisyan said.
Now, shopkeepers are waiting for their lawyers to enter the building.
