Turkish businessmen’s investments in Azerbaijan exceed $9M - Ambassador

Turkish businessmen’s investments in Azerbaijan exceeded $9 billion, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral said in his letter adressed to entrepreneurs on the occasion of The Entrepreneurs Day.

The ambassador noted that Azerbaijan’s investments in Turkey are expected to reach $17-20 billion thanks to SOCAR’s activity in energy sphere: “This progress is not only a result of high-level relations between our governments. Our businessmen and entrepreneurs associations accelerated deepening of economic ties. These ties contribute to improvement of welfare and poverty reduction”.
