The Minister then visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
Accompanying with the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbajan Erkan Ozoral and Shahin Mammadov, the commander of Azerbaijani Internal Troops, Yashar Gurel also visited the Turkish Martyrdom and laid flowers at the graves.
Within 3-day visit, the General is expected to hold meetings with the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ramil Usubov, the Ministry of Defense Zakir Hasanov, the Chief of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elcin Guliyev and other officials.
