Russian, Azerbaijani, Armenian FMs to meet behind closed doors
A meeting of the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers in Moscow on April 28 will be held behind closed doors as usual, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing on Thursday.
According to her, only the protocol part of the meeting will be open.

“The talks among the ministers will be held without media presence. However, that does not mean there is something secret about the talks. As for whether or not the minister will hold a press conference, I cannot comment on this. They will probably decide it themselves and act accordingly,” noted Zakharova.
