Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg.
“It is with immense pleasure that I extend, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, my cordial congratulations to you and through you to all the people of Luxembourg on the occasion of the national holiday of your country – birthday of Grand Duke,” Ilham Aliyev said in his letter.
