“We support UN efforts in Middle East” – Azerbaijani MFA

“Azerbaijan attaches great importance to this conference. We support the efforts of the UN Committee on the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People and the Islamic Organization for Cooperation on providing peace and stability in the Middle East”, Shahin Abdullayev, the Azerbaijani Ambassador on Special Foreign Ministry Missions told AzVision.az at the international conference on Jerusalem issue held in Baku.
“Without solving Jerusalem issue, it will be impossible to solve Israel-Palestine conflict. Azerbaijan will further support the peaceful efforts of UN and OIC”, he said.
