The center aims to study important public issues and create additional tool to learn the public opinion, raise the effectiveness of research and expand the use of modern information technology and scientific-methodological approaches.
In accordance with the decree, the Social Research Center will act as public legal entity and conduct the systematic study of the development dynamics of public relations, determine the existing trends in this field, predict the changes, study the possible influences of those changes on society, provide tools to learn the public opinion by using the modern information technology and scientific approaches and present results of the conducted research to the state bodies.
