The minister said that the Azerbaijanis, who were subjected to ethnic cleansing, should return to their homes: "The activities of foreign companies in the occupied territories are unacceptable. I have raised this issue in Geneva, too. These activities create obstacles for the resolution process of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. We will appeal to the countries in which those companies belong because these countries bear responsibility as well. They should not allow those companies to violate international law."
