 Heads of Azerbaijan’s religious communities urge recognition of genocide against Azerbaijanis

Heads of religious communities in Azerbaijan have appealed to the world religious leaders, parliaments and international organizations in connection with March 31 - Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis.

The appeal urges the world community to recognize the crimes of genocide committed by the Armenian invaders against the Azerbaijani people.

The appeal was signed by Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Archbishop of Baku and Azerbaijan Eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexander Ischein and Head of Religious Community of Mountain Jews in Azerbaijan Milih Yevdayev.
