Azerbaijan known worldwide as place of stability – State Security Service

Azerbaijan, which has become a leading country in the region under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, is distinguished by its dynamic development and is known as a place of stability and safety in the world, the country’s State Security Service said in a statement.

The statement said that thanks to the policy being pursued by President Ilham Aliyev, joint effective activities of relevant state bodies and law enforcement agencies, as well as significant public support, there is lasting stability and security in Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

“Azerbaijan’s growing influence on a global scale and its active participation in the international security system attracts foreign investments and leads to the implementation of large-scale projects,” read the statement.

Azerbaijan, as a country with a high security system, has a great experience in organizing grandiose international events, according to the statement.

“The fact that numerous foreign guests participated in large-scale international events, including the prestigious sports competitions held in Azerbaijan in recent years, as well as the growing tourist flow to Azerbaijan and the favorable conditions created in the country for tourists clearly testify to a high-level of hospitality and well-ensured security in our country. Of course, this is a bright indicator of President Ilham Aliyev’s policy to ensure the development and security in the country.”

“It very proud that under the wise leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan plays a great role not only in the formation of the security system in the region but in the world as well. The State Security Service, in coordination with other law enforcement agencies, keeps taking all necessary measures to prevent possible threats to the national interests and security of Azerbaijan,” said the statement.
