"The people of Azerbaijan will never reconcile with this occupation. The newly-built mosque in Jojug Marjanli which is reminiscent of the famous Shusha mosque embodies the spirit of our people", the president said.
The President noted that historical and religious monuments are protected in Azerbaijan and hundreds of mosques have been built and repaired in recent years: "Inter-religious relations are regulated at the highest level in our country. The whole world recognizes and accepts these realities. Today, Azerbaijan has become a centre of interfaith dialogue worldwide".
President Ilham Aliyev said, successful, sustainable development of Azerbaijan will be further ensured.
