The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population told AzVision.az that the centers will be created by specialized non-governmental organizations within the framework of the corresponding projects. These centers will provide daily social rehabilitation services to those with difficult living conditions, including children with disabilities.
Currently, daycare centers are operating in 28 districts by the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. According to the abovementioned order, these centers will be created in 58 districts of Azerbaijan.
