'I want to thank Kyrgyzstan President Sooronbay Jeenbekov for his chairmanship of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. First President of Kazakhstan, honorary chairman of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States Nursultan Nazarbayev also attends the 7th Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. With joint decision of member states of Turkic Council and Recep Tayyip Erdogan's initiation, Nursultan Nazarbayev Abishovic was honored with title of Honorary Chairman of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. Nursultan Nazarbayev has done a lot for development of relations among Turkic speaking states and establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. 

I cordially congratulate Uzbekistan for the membership to the Turkic Council. I want to thank Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev for his decision. This decision will strengthen relations and solidarity among Turkic speaking states and deepen the cooperation. 

Expansion of cooperation between Hungary and Turkic Council is also impressive. Here I have to emphasize Hungarian PM Viktor Orban's role. Last month, representative office of the Turkic Council was opened in Hungary. I hope that this office will expand the relations of the council with the European countries and regional organizations,' President Aliyev noted.
