'It is important to develop relations not only between governments, but also between nations. We have great achievements in many fields. One of these achievements is Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov's visit to US for participation in agricultural forum. We have agreed on exchange of experience and knowledge in commercial, business, and agricultural fields. Continuing cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of security, we express our great respect to its independence and sovereignty. Besides, we successfully continue student exchange programs. We hope that we will make achievements in teaching of the English language,' Litzenberger added.
