The OSCE PA observers Bieerk Kristof and Comlay Madelalme have observed the voting process at two polling stations of the constituency situated in the capital city of Baku.
A total of 30 local observers are observing the voting process at the two polling stations.

The resident of Khankendi City Suleyman Huseynov said, he has cast his vote to the desired candidate in a completely transparent way using his right to vote.
