Azerbaijan’s parliamentary elections held smoothly: Georgian observer

The February 9 early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were held smoothly, said Georgian observer Eka Gulua, AzVision.az reports.

The observer said that she visited eight polling stations on the election day. “I have never witnessed such a democratic pre-election environment.”
