"We need to resolve this conflict step by step"  - Azerbaijani President

All Armenian leaders have always tried to maintain the status quo in different ways. Internally Displaced Persons from Azerbaijan must return to their lands. More than 80% of the armed forces in the occupied territories are Armenian soldiers. They believe that they can keep these lands forever. Never!

The head of our state said that we need to resolve this conflict step by step - the liberation of part of occupied territories and the return of internally displaced persons. The status of Nagorno-Karabakh can be further determined. The issue of status should not be confused with the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

Armenia speaks about peace but how one should explain today killing of Azerbaijani soldier with sniper, added President Aliyev.
