The winter session of the OSCE PA will feature reports by OSCE PA Special Representatives and the Chairs of OSCE PA Ad Committees. Leaders of recent election observation missions to Azerbaijan will present reports on the Parliamentary elections held on the 9th of February. Besides, the participants will exchange views on 'Tools and mechanisms of OSCE in settlement of the protracted conflicts', 'Impact of the climate changes on security and the role of parliamentarians in this area', 'Combating anti-Semitism, discrimination and intolerance in OSCE region' and other topics. Tahir Mirkishili will also deliver a speech at the meeting.
The 19th Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will take place on 20-21 February 2020 at the Hofburg Congress Centre in Vienna.
