The statement comes in response to the Armenian news website "Tert.am's"request for clarifications over a recently arranged meeting between the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk takes actions stemming from his mandate, including meetings with different interlocutors across the region. He provides information on his observations to the OSCE Chairmanship and to the Minsk Group. This, and other activities he undertakes, are accepted and supported. Ambassador Kasprzyk will continue to travel throughout the whole region, in line with his mandate and with the aim to support a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” the organization says in the written response.
