Armenia's military aggression against Azerbaijan continues for more than 30 years. One of the bloodiest pages of the conflict is the Khojaly genocide. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov told reporters.
'613 civilians were killed brutally by Armenia as a result of the Khojaly genocide. As a result of the measures taken by the Azerbaijani law enforcement bodies, crimes committed in Khojaly have thoroughly been proven,' Khalaf Khalafov stated.
