“What if YOU?” Forum Theatre project participants to play at ADO Theatre on March 9

“What if YOU?” project participants will perform Forum Theatre plays on March 9 at ADO Theatre in Baku, Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

The plays are due to start at 18:00 (local time).

The plays to be scripted by the project participants will mainly focus on raising awareness about forced labor and human trafficking.

The project allows the participants to expand their knowledge on human trafficking and strengthen their ability to empathize by listening to the stories of human trafficking victims.

The play is free and open to the public.

Supported by the EVZ Foundation within the EUROPEANS FOR PEACE conference, the “What if YOU?” Forum Theatre project is due to take place on March 7-9 in Baku in partnership with the Common Sense Youth Organisation, ILM-Learn International Education centre and Ritual mobile theatre laboratory.

The participants gained knowledge on modern-day slavery and human trafficking regarding the local legislation and European Court of Human Rights and forum theatre.

The Forum Theatre plays are the final stage of the project.

The main goal of the project is to empower the participants and audience to tackle the challenges posed by human trafficking.
