From 00:00 on May 4, 2020, the system to leave the place of residence on the basis of SMS permission, registering on “icaze.e-gov.az” portal, service card or a certificate of employment will be abolished in other regions and cities of the Republic and Nakhchivan AR, except Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran cities and Absheron region, the decision by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers notes, AzVision.az reports.
Note that term of special quarantine regime has been extended until May 31, 2020, at 00:00 a.m., by taking into consideration current sanitary-epidemiological condition in Azerbaijan regarding novel coronavirus, preventive measures, applied in other countries, and recommendations of the World Health Organization.
