Turkey’s Erdogan reiterates support to Azerbaijan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan once again expressed his support to Azerbaijan in efforts to liberate its occupied territories.

Addressing the opening of Turkey’s historic Sumela Monastery in the Black Sea province of Trabzon via video conference, Erdogan said that his country did not remain indifferent to the call of the oppressed in Syria and did not leave unanswered the invitation to cooperation by Libya’s legitimate leadership.

“With the same understanding, we support the efforts of our brothers in Azerbaijan to liberate their occupied territories,” the Turkish leader added.
