"In compliance with the ceasefire agreement, the OSCE Minsk Group had to fulfil its mission of mediation, but the co-chairs have not done anything yet. The current situation shows that OSCE Minsk Group has served to extend the issue and lead to the current situation. The member states of the Minsk Group have the opportunity to affect Armenia. It seemed that they were interested in keeping the conflict in this form," reserve Colonel noted.
"Enemy's actions show that they want to escalate tensions. Armenian FM visited the Middle East and met with the Armenian Diaspora in Syria and Libya. They are engaged in the resettlement of Armenians from the Middle East in Nagorno-Karabakh. All these actions serve to escalate the situation. They may resort to provocation in any direction," Ramaldanov added.
