The European Union calls for a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, and it is impossible to resolve the conflict by military means, said German Chancellor Angela Merkel, AzVision.az reports.
“This is the only way to talk peacefully about the solution to this complicated problem. It is impossible to resolve the conflict by military means,” Merkel told journalists after a meeting of EU leaders in Brussels on Friday.
