"The information about armed groups involved in military operations in Syria going to Azerbaijan through the territory of Georgia is false and is aimed to aggravate the situation in the region," head of the State Security Service of Georgia Grigol Liluashvili noted, AzVision.az reports citing Report.
"All decisions regarding security issues will be taken considering the situation and current events in the region. Legitimate measures will be taken against any activity that threatens Georgia's state security and stability in the region, " the head of Georgia SSS stated.
