New missiles systems have been brought to Armenia, and immediately they started to attack civilians in Azerbaijani cities in treacherous and cruel manner, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on his Twitter page.
