Shentop said that Azerbaijan and Turkey are one nation, two states.
"Azerbaijan and Turkey are always close to each other. Our friendship will last forever. Turkey stands by brotherly Azerbaijan in its just struggle," Shentop noted.
"Nagorno-Karabakh has never been and will never be independent throughout history. All international organizations affirm that Nagorno-Karabakh is Azerbaijani land occupied by Armenia," he also added.
