With the instructions given by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the reconstruction of roads of the villages of Sugovushan and Talish in Terter region, liberated from the occupation of the Armenian armed forces, is underway, State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads told AzVision.az.
