 Armenia fires at civilians using phosphorus munitions -  PHOTO FACTS

The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the territory of Azerbaijan’s Tartar district by using artillery shells stuffed with phosphorus, AzVision.az reports citing Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA). 

The shells fell on an empty area in Sahlabad village of Tartar district, there are no casualties.

On 3 November, 2020, the Agency's special mobile operations teams found 2 smoky 122 mm D-4 (P-4) white phosphorus shells near Sahlabad village of Tartar region and neutralized them on the spot.
