On November 7, Azerbaijan’s Tartar district was subjected to intensive missile and heavy artillery attack by the Armenian armed forces, the Prosecutor General’s Office told AzVision.az.
Nusrat Osmanov, born in 1962, wounded as an Armenian-fired shell hit a private house in Aski Para village of Terter.
At present, all possible investigative measures are being carried out by the prosecution authorities.
