  Blinken, Armenia’s Pashinyan discuss regional situation after Karabakh war

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed the situation in the region after the Karabakh war in their first phone call, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian government’s press service.

Blinken stressed the importance of the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

The sides also discussed bilateral ties and the issue of prisoners of war. Pashinyan praised the continued US assistance to Armenia, as well as its role in the OSCE Minsk Group.

In turn, the Secretary of State stressed the importance of developing a partnership between the US and Armenia.
