The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev fulfilled the will of his father, Haydar Alyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev tweeted, AzVision.az reports.
