We welcome the release of Armenian detainees by Azerbaijan, Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, Ann Linde tweeted.
" We call on sides to urgently complete the exchange of detainees and all remain, as obligated by the international humanitarian law. We fully support the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and urge sides to resume the political process through them as soon as possible", the tweet reads.
