According to the draft law, the Shusha State Reserve will be established within the administrative boundaries of Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan.
Public legal entity will determine the boundaries of the zone in the areas adjacent to the administrative boundaries of Shusha city and having a natural landscape, social, historical, cultural or economic connection with it or important for the protection, preservation or development of the Shusha State Reserve.
Followin the discussions, the law was put up on a vote and adopted in the second reading.
