Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department, posted a photo on Twitter showing the gravestones of two sisters are separated by an Armenian military trench in Aghdam.
“Seringul and Teyara sisters buried side by side - as close in death as they’d been in life. Their gravestones were separated by military trench of Armenian forces in Agdam. No words to depict essence and scale of Armenian vandalism. Even graveyards not spared,” Hajiyev wrote.
