 Serbia’s foreign minister to visit Azerbaijan –  EXCLUSIVE

Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic will pay a visit to Azerbaijan in late July, Serbian Ambassador to Baku Dragan Vladisavljević said in an interview with AzVision.az. 

The ambassador said the Serbia-Azerbaijan bilateral agenda includes a number of events, including reciprocal visits between the two friendly countries and strategic partners.

“During Selakovic’s visit, preparations for an event to be co-organized in Belgrade by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Serbia on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the first Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM),” he said.

Furthermore, the Serbian minister, together with Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, will co-chair the sixth meeting of the Serbian-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, added Ambassador Vladisavljević.

“A Serbian-Azerbaijani business forum is also scheduled to be held during the Serbian minister’s visit,” said the diplomat, stressing that he expects certain agreements to be reached and goods results to be achieved at the event.
