Colonel Tehran Mansimov, Chief of the Combat Training and Education Department of the Nakhchivan Combined Army, is awarded with the medals "For the liberation of Fuzuli" and "For the liberation of Khojavand" according to the decrees signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today.
Note, Tehran Mansimov was awarded the "Flag of Azerbaijan" order by a presidential decree in December last year. In addition, the colonel was awarded the medals "For the Liberation of Shusha" and "For the Motherland."
