 Turkish officials to conduct fact-finding mission in Karabakh 

At the invitation of the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, the delegation of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey is on a visit to Azerbaijan from June 28 to July 2 to conduct an assessment mission in the territories of Azerbaijan, previously liberated from Armenian occupation, AzVision.az reports citing the Office of the Ombudsperson.

The delegation includes officials of TIHEK, as well as researchers from leading Turkish universities with experience in international humanitarian law and war crimes. The visit of the delegation will continue until July 2. 

On June 29, Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva and other officials together with the TIHEK delegation visited the Alley of Honors, the Alley of Martyrs and the Baku Turkish Martyrs' Memorial.
