Armenia bears responsibility for the escalation of tensions on the Armenia-Azerbaijani state border, said Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov said an official meeting on Monday, the Defense Ministry told AzVision.az.
Minister Hasanov gave instructions to the command staff in regard with the suppression of possible provocations of the Armenian armed forces.
Inquiring about the progress of engineering work and engineering support of troops, the Azerbaijani minister gave relevant directives to improve service and combat activities.
