“I was deeply saddened by the news of the casualties and injuries as a result of a shooting at Perm State National Research University,” the Azerbaijani president said.
“On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died, and wish all the injured a speedy recovery,” President Aliyev added.
